Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TitanTidy, we value your time and commitment. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our photography services.


1. Booking Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and time slot.


2. Cancellations by Client

  • If you cancel 7 days or more before the scheduled session, your deposit will not be refunded, but you may reschedule once without additional charges.

  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled session, the deposit and any additional payments made are non-refundable.


3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance without losing their deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session may incur additional charges.


4. Cancellations by TitanTidy

  • In the rare event that TitanTidy must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, equipment failure, etc.), clients will be offered either:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule at no extra cost.


5. Refunds on Delivered Work

  • Once digital images or prints have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • If a technical issue or error occurs on our part, we will work with you to correct it at no extra charge.


6. Special Events & Weddings

  • Due to the high demand for event and wedding bookings, deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in no refunds for payments made.
